Huddle Harbor

One harbor for your whole remote team.

We design and build a virtual workspace around how your team actually works. Every page, feature and workflow is made for you, and the whole thing is yours to keep.

Launch price $10,000 $5,000. Nothing to pay until we’ve approved your project.

Your apps become pages in one workspace, arranged the way your team actually works.

The problem

Remote work was meant to end the commute. It just moved into your tabs.

Your team doesn't waste time on work. They waste it travelling between the tools the work lives in.

EmailTeam chatShared drive Video callsCalendarSpreadsheet tracker InvoicesTime trackerThe thing you forgot

Work gets lost in the gaps. A file in one app, the feedback in another, the deadline in a third. Nobody sees the whole job.

Off-the-shelf tools make you fit them. You bend your process around software built for someone else's company, then pay for it every month, per seat.

Remote teams feel remote. No one knows who's around, so a two-minute question becomes a meeting tomorrow.

What we build

Whatever your team needs, built in.

Your workspace isn't a template with your logo on it. Every page, feature and workflow comes out of your discovery call, so it fits how your business runs. A few things a team could ask for:

Any team

Extra pages for your own ideas

A training academy, an SOP library, a commission calculator, shift rotas, a client portal. If you can describe it, it can be a page in your sidebar.

Any team

Rewards that actually mean something

Points for on-time work and glowing client reviews, spent on things people want: a paid afternoon off, a bonus, new gear.

Law firm

A conflict check before every new matter

Search past clients, opposing parties and matters before you take a case, and record who signed off.

Any team

Automations that follow your rules

When a deal closes, open the project, invite the client and book the kickoff. Automate whatever repeats in your business, not ours.

Recruiting agency

Scorecards hiring managers actually fill in

One link per interview, structured scores, and a polite nudge until it's done.

Creative studio

Client approval rooms

Every round in one place, comments pinned to the work, and a clear “approved” that everyone can see.

Online store

Restock before you run out

Low-stock warnings, a drafted supplier order, and the whole team knowing what's arriving and when.

Agency

A portal for your clients

Clients log in to see progress, approve work and download files, without a single “any update?” email.

Support team

Shifts that cover every time zone

See who's on, swap shifts in two taps, and never leave a queue empty overnight.

If you can imagine it, we can build it.

These are examples, not a menu. Your workspace gets what your team asks for, and nothing it doesn't need.

Case study

We built our own first.

Blue Kite Media is a podcast and video production company. When our office team went remote, we ended up running a growing team across eight apps, so we built Blue Kite Ops: one workspace shaped around exactly how we produce a show. It is our case study, not your template: yours will be built around your work.

Blue Kite Ops, the workspace Blue Kite Media built for its own team

What we wanted, and what we built

We wanted new episodes to stop being rebuilt by hand.

So we built workflows that create every task, owner and deadline the moment a client's episode is scheduled, and nudge the next person when it's their turn.

Blue Kite Ops workflow templates

We wanted client messages out of five different inboxes.

So we built one client inbox for email, Slack and WhatsApp, sorted by show and sitting next to the work.

Blue Kite Ops client inbox

We went remote, and we missed the office.

We used to be an on-site team. Remote work cost us the quick questions, the energy, and knowing who was around. So we built a virtual office meant to feel like a real one: a café where you see who’s in, pull a teammate over to your table, and you’re talking.

Blue Kite Ops virtual café

We wanted to see effort without chasing timesheets.

So we built TimeLog: clock in, and time and activity are recorded while you work.

Blue Kite Ops TimeLog

We wanted long meetings recorded without per-seat fees.

So we built video meetings with screen sharing, recorded straight to the host's own computer.

Blue Kite Ops meetings

We wanted to stop leaving the app to deliver files.

So we built deliverables right inside the workspace: drop a file and it lands in the right client folder in our Google Drive. No new tab, no new window; the whole job gets done in one place.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

How long does it take?

Delivery is typically 4–6 weeks from the day you approve your blueprint. Bigger workspaces can take longer; you'll know before we start.

Do I really own it?

Yes. The workspace runs on cloud accounts in your name, and you get the full source code. There's no licence to renew and nothing we can switch off.

Are there running costs?

Only the cloud services it runs on, billed to you directly by those providers. For most small and mid-sized teams that's their free tier or a few dollars a month. We'll estimate it for you in your blueprint.

Can it do something very specific to our industry?

That's the point. Tell Mira how your work runs and what slows you down; your blueprint lists the custom pages and features we'll build for it. If you can imagine it, we can build it.

What if we need changes later?

Changes during your support period are included. After that, we can quote for new features, or any developer can work on it because the code is yours.

How do I pay?

Nothing today. Once we’ve approved your project you pay a 50% deposit ($2,500), and the other 50% when your workspace is finished. Pay each half by bank transfer to our Wise account (wire or ACH in US dollars), or by card through a secure Payoneer link. You never enter card details on this site.

Who is Mira, and do I have to talk to an AI?

Mira is an AI consultant that runs your discovery call so you can do it whenever suits you. The conversation is processed by Google's Gemini AI. If you'd rather not, a detailed form asks the same questions.

What's your refund policy?

You pay nothing until we approve your project. If you cancel after paying the deposit but before we start building, we refund it in full. Once building starts, see our terms.
